WHY PAY FOR SERVICE IF NOT USED

<p>My son app**** for a loan on line with this company, but never took the loan or received any feedback from them. this morning he gets a final demand for payment of and amount R1632.00.</p> <p>This is not acceptable. They are threatening him with a courtcase and that he will be blacklisted. I have never heard of anything like this, how can they get away with this?</p> <p>They are *****ing from our youth, who does not know better!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
