Unclear Reviews

I went on to their site to apply for a loan in 2016. The company nowhere stated when you apply for a review and complete your details on site you join and become a client liable for their monthly services. I never signed any agreement and they sent me their membership documents which I never completed.

I was issued with a summons for a service I have no agreement for not signed for. When I called their legal representatives Lifestyle legal they were not able to assist nor provide me with any proof of this agreement.
