I was looking for loan and there was an AD of Loan Picker SA so I fill the form in hoping they might help me with the loan then after 2 days I went straight to my bank and ask for loan and they give me a loan. I can't remember the exact day when a guy phoned me and ask me if I was looking for a loan at Loan Picker SA and he told me that I must pay their subscription fee of R429.00 first and I said to the guy thanks for phoning but I'm not looking for a loan anymore I got help from my bank. That was that I never heard anything from Loan Picker SA. Now on the 11/08/2017 I receive the email that says I am in arrears with my account. I responded to the email and asked them what money they want from me did not get a respond back. On the 26/08/2017 I received the email from their legal team, LIFESTYLE LEGAL for FINAL DEMAND AND COURT SUMMONS or I must make payment of R2090.00 and I also responded to them that I am not going to pay the money that I don't know anything about.

Any advice in this matter will be high appreciated.
