I tried to get a loan to carry me through and approached Loan picker SA. On my initial telephone conversation I was informed that I would not qualify so I left it. On Friday I received a message informing me that I am in arrears and would be handed over if I do not make paymentL What for??? I have no idea. I called them this morning and was told that irrespective of the fact that I did not qualify I had agreed to take their services irrespectively. Which services??? I still do not know. I went onto their website again and found the following: https://www.loanpickersa.co.za/lpsa/apply-online/ I asked for proof of the confirmation on my part and they informed me that there is none. I then demanded proof of the “service” they have provided to date and there is none. How can they just do this? I refuse to pay that R1600. Firstly: There is no physical proof that I agreed to anything I was not informed of the service I was actually buying into. Secondly: I was not told that even if I didn’t qualify would I be liable for an imaginary service Thirdly: There is no proof of said “services”

This is extremely unfair and surely it should be *******!!!
