Reaping off Innocent people

When did requesting a quote for a loan become a crime?

All of a sudden I am signed up for a months agreement and I owe almost R1400.00 just for asking a quote, and apparently I do not have an option to cancel that agreement except just pay up.

I filed a complaint as well with the National Consumer Commissioner seeking help not only for me but for all the people who have been victims of these ******** as well as all those who were next possibility. I have faith in our justice system and know that they will sort these people out.
