R429 debited off my account without services being used

<p>Yesterday morning Loan Picker SA debited R429.00 off my account. I have no idea why. To my knowledge i tried applying for a loan and no money was received nor did i use any of their services. This matter is very frustrating and i would like my money back as this is unnacceptable. this is *****!! this is *****ING!!! This matter needs to be taken further and i will do my utmost best untill i receive my money back.</p>
