Loan Picker SA ****

This company has been debiting almost R99 in my bank account, Now they have sent me a demand letter stating that i am owing the R1500. I called in the call centre and requested for a call recording stating that i have business with them. consultant stated that agreement was electronic.. I advised to be emailed the agreement with my signature. They sent me a "Service Mandate and Agreement" with nowhere showing my signature.
