******* withdrawals from bank

<p>I went online to see if i could get a loan of R5000 then came across loan picker sa. I filled all my details to see whether I qualify for a loan, an agent then called me and sent me an application form, were as I then sent the application from with all required details and submitted them. After a week I had not received any response so then called to find out the status of my application and was then advised to resend my application to ********** of which was different to the 1st one ********** I still did not receive any call back so then yet again after a week I called back and was then told the loan was declined. To my knowledge because the loan was declined and I had not received any money I was not in debt with them however to my surprise there was amounts that was been withdrawn from my bank of which I then reversed although after a month another was withdrawn I yet again reversed it then called them to find out why and was the advised its for General Advice Assist Service and my services had been cancelled however I still owe them an amount of R1306... I am very angry and disappointed as I had not asked for this and not authorised any of it. I would like all charges cleared and for me not to be in debt.... THIS IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT RATING so I demand that this be cleared asap!!!</p>
