I DONT OWE YOU

I registered with Loan picker S.A to assist me and I got the email today that say their records reflect that I am in arrears with your account for the sum of R1,252.00 as on 03/03/2016. This is a material breach on your part to comply with our service mandate and agreement entered into on 09/01/2016. I did not enter an agreeement by signing anything and the company failed to assist me with loan.I need clarity and remove my name on your data base...I dont understand why shopuld I pay only for registering on the system and why I am paying ? For what ? Thats a rip-off ..
