<p>In march i received a letter stating that i own loan picker sa a amount of R1395 i was so schocked because i never heard of them or that i even app**** for anything that they are dealing with. When i called there call centre this guy just told me that i app**** online and that i must just pay the money and he just put off the phone</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so upset that i told my friend about it and lucky she works for a law firm. I then send all the.documention to her that they send me and they found out that the computer or cellphone that was used to to the application is in Johannesburg and im in cape town.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took the matter up with the ombudsman and still waiting on feedback.</p>
