False Advertising and *****

I am very disappointed in Loan Picker as I just inquired about a loan in May or July and there was no feedback after or contact after my inquiry. There was no agreement or document signed or even someone phoning me to let me know if i qualified etc.

I am now getting emails saying that i owe them money for convenient service package which I did not even apply for.

This is what I am emailing back to every email they send me and Legal Lifestyle as they have handed me over to them.

Please send proof of my signature and your personal Name and Surname with your ID number?

Any agreement from any company who is offering a client a truthful service will give you a form to complete which says you are giving them permission to take money from your account.

Did you do that? Nope you didnt. You make people tick a little square box knowing full well that there are many people out there who are stupid enough who wont read and understand the small print. Sis on you for very bad and evil business practice. You are not offering people a service you are *****ing peoples money under their noses.

I app**** for a loan only not the service packages you so decievingly say that i agreed to and you tried to take money from me. I had no feedback on what i actually inocently app**** for and then the next thing i see you stole money from my account.

There are many people who have the same issues with loan picker and also saying the same things so we are going to get to the bottom of this one way or another. Every place who has authorisation to take money from my account has sent me a form which has my signature on and ive agreed to their service. On loan picker website you have no option but to click on the little box that is just to submit your application so we are forced not really knowing that you are actually trying to trick people into your decieving plan which you catch many people on as most just click without checking. You need to change the way you deal with the public and ask them if they want these service packages in the first place and tell people that you are not a loan company to start off with.

You people are *****, ******* and falsely advertise what you are actually offering.

NOT LEGAL to operate any business like that.

How on earth do you sleep at night this is beyond me. You can place your selves in the same class of people who actually rob banks, go into peoples houses and ***** their possessions.

We need to all stand together and make a big noise about this so called business everywhere as they call themselves a family business but they should actually call themselves ***** AND ******* and they are quite happy about what they do. They even use other names which i have discovered.

This is crazy how these people are even still in business. I am highly disgusted in their false business practice.
