Deduct Money whithout Application Foem

<p>Good day on the 8 March 2017 I completed a form on the Internet to apply for a loan at Loan Pickers SA, I received an e-mail stating that I need to complete application form for them to finish application but I never did complete the form or submitted anything. On Friday a debit order was deducted from my bank account and then I queried this with my bank they gave me the details when I phoned the number I was referred to Loan Pickers SA who in turned told me this was for some or other package they offered when I app**** for the loan. Which I have not completed and that I will need to pay a cancellation fee. Could anybody please let me know who I could contact to report them.
