Loan Mis-sold

Hi

I recently took a loan with you. I was at your branch earlier today to finalize the loan.

I had straight out TOLD THE LADY ASSISTING ME THAT I DO NOT WISH TO SWITCH TO CAPITEC! I want to stay with my bank as this will inconvenient me several ways.

1. This means I will have to switch all my debit orders to capitec 2. My salary will now be paid late

Can this be redone?

Also I would like to lodge a formal complaint, please advise of necessary steps
