"wrong advertising" as i feel i have been ****med.and believe am not the only one

<p>i was looking to apply for a loan which i went to..loan match sa online to do the LOAN application,they forwarded me the email t congradulate me and sent me forms to complete for the loan..my understanding was that i am applying for a loan,which i dint get,when i phoned their call centre on several occasions prior to applying to check if everything was received,they kept telling me it takes 5 working days for the approval.</p> <p>to my SHOCK when i look at my bank statement , they have debited me,the lady from the call centre told me they actually qualified me for their service package of several assistance THAT I dont actually need and that the debit order is for that,as per the lady i actually now owe them R1032 when i told them and sent email to cancel whatever package they put me on.</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for a loan on their website because i needed money now they are telling me that i owe them..I MEAN what the F...</p> <p>IT IS **** AT IT'S OWN BEST</p> <p>A loan application is turned to be a debt to LOAN MATCH SA.</p>
