Unautorised Debit Orders, followed by legal action for service I never received.

<p>I Tried to apply for a loan with Loan Match SA but i was declined - Probably due to my credit score, as I have never had any debt before.</p> <p>They had taken money directly from my bank account via debit order - this was never agreed apon or authorised by me.</p> <p>I then instructed my Bank to reverse the debit orders (2 x R140.00)</p> <p>I immediately started to receive emails threatining to have legal action taken as i have an outstanging amount due on my account with them for some kind of service rendered - Once again, i only app**** for a loan, which was declined.</p> <p>They have now handed the matter over to a Lawyer's firm named Lifestyle Legal and they are demanding that I pay the outstanding amount of R1427.50 or Punitive Action will be taken against me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent countless emails trying to contact both Loan Match SA and Lifestyle Legal and have tried to make phone calls to try and resolve this matter as i have not received any type of service from them.</p> <p>My emails were only met with an automated response stating that they acknowlage the receipt of my email and will be in contact with me soon, and no further notice was given to my communications.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a result, I have never had debt of any kind, and now will not be able to have any. If I need to finance a car or house downpayment, i will be told that i am blacklisted???!!!!!</p>
