UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT DEBIT

About a month back I was browsing online to see if i qualify for a loan. Did various applications & Loan Match SA was one of them. I completed the online application with all my required details to see if I qualify. Got confirmation via email & sms about the application which requested you to sign & complete a hard copy of the application & send back via email. I however did not as decided to just ignore & not go forth. This month I received an debit order off my account relating to LMSA & was told by a customer consultant that when i clicked the T&C's button i automatically agreed to subscribe to there online service package. I immediately declined this matter & said I never legally authorized them to debit my account but was just told should I cancel I am liable to pay fees. I have sort legal advice whom advised me that I should request to stop this debit order & have also contact the National Consumers Protection line. I refuse to be a victim of such acts.
