Unauthorised Debit Order

I was looking for a loan and whilst searching online I found this enticing Loanmatch SA and filled their online form hoping to be contacted, but instead I was debited 429.00 with reference lmsa*** on 2015-07-29.as I never authorised or found help from this organisation I need a refund
