Payment for services not rendered

I too have had an e-mail sent to me informing me that I need to pay R429.00 plus a legal fee. All of this while I phoned them the next day to inform them that I cannot send documentation via mail as I do not have scanning facilities.<br> <br> I agree with the other users, false advertising. There is no e-mail addy to send correspondence too. When I phoned to speak to them about this, I was told to read my terms and conditions and that I cannot cancel over the phone. The phone was promptly put down in my ear.<br> <br> I now have a lawyers letter stating I need to pay not only the R429.00 but also the R150.00 lawyers fees. If they have all my details ... why not contact me directly? Or is it because they know that they are wrong?
