LOAN MATCH SA *****

I had an enquiry when looking around for a personal loan... a few months down the line I receive notifications for debit orders that I have no idea where it comes from - when I had gone to the bank to check the source of demand, there was no source and thus funds were reversed - a few months down the line i receive final demand letters via email however what I do not understand is that how can I owe a company money if I have never entered an agreement with them???!!! all fingers point to ***** ps: non of the documents received are signed
