loan match sa

It was the second month they deducted money from my account and last night, i received an email, that i am in arrears and need to pay them. How can you pay someone or place, if there is nothing to repay for. I never agreed on this, never ever sent my stamped id, stamped bankstatement and payslips.<br> <br> SO who give them the right to tell me that I need to pay them R1306. For WHAT REASON PLEASE TELLL ME. <br> you did not help me in anyway.
