LMSA ******** DEBIT ORDER

I have never received services or a loan from Loan Match SA. This is ***** i don't understand why i am being debited. I have now being told i am in arrears of R931.00 These people are absolute *******. How do i report them? as now i fear that i may be blacklisted for a service i haven't even recieved.
