Hellp!! **** allert

I received emails from lifestyle legal stating I owe them R1750.00 for loan match sa. They have all my banking details and say that I have app**** online. I have not app**** online and never have I signed any form or spoke over the phone with any one to confirm the application. Now I have 3 days to pay them or a court summons will be disputed. Can anyone please help me im only 21 and I do not want to be black listed so early and for something I did not even sign up for . when I go on they're website to pay to see what they say it shows me active agreement already in place keep in mind that I never spoke to any one how can they have an active agreement but still threaten me to pay them ... please someone help me as I really don't know what to do.
