FRUSTRATED - payment for services not received

I keep getting e-mails from Esterhuyze Attorneys for payment to be made to Loan Match Sa for services never rended. I sent proof of debit order to them and they say it is not good enough. They sent me a clause from there T &C's and this it below<br> <br> 4. If you submitted your application, you had to tick off the abovementioned box, confirming that you have read and agreed to our client's policies (terms and conditions, terms of use, privacy policy and legal disclaimer) AND that you are aware that the amount of R429.00 will immediately become due and payable should your application be successful. If this was not over-transparent already, the application furthermore states that you, the consumer, should not submit the application if you do not accept our client's policies and payment amounting to R429-00.<br> <br> If you read it carefully - it states only if SUCCESSFUL will you have to pay. <br> They must read the T & C's carefully...
