********** debits on account

I was debited R429 in, which my bank said did not know who was debiting, ever since they have been debiting R99 from my account every month, and again my bank said they don't know who is bediting because it is different reference numbers, so this week these people send me an arrears statement by my e-mail claiming I owe them R1400--- I have never taken a loan from them nor have I received any money from them. This is ***** and I want to to tell what money am I owing, when and were did they deposit this money they claim I owe them.I'd also like to know their address so I can go there myself.
