Debit orders going off

I was on the internet trying to get a loan and came across these people, I completed forms but had to submit proof of income which I don't have and so I decided not to proceed with the application. End of January R450 was debited from my account which nothing in so I thought maybe these people made a mistake, then last week R99 was deducted and I went on the Internet only to find out it's these people. I asked them to cancel whatever they are doing as I did not proceed with the application and this lady was so rude to me. I have to pay money for something I did not even complete or agreed upon. How can they just demand money from someone without even consulting with you, they must be crazy as I am not paying for something I did not agreed upon and none the less there was not even a loan given to me. They will here from my lawyers if it has to go that far.
