Charging fees without any loan

I was browsing the internet looking for a loan provider, I filled out a number of applications and inquiry forms but had no luck getting a loan. On the 27th of November the following month I had a debit go of my account for around R504, I called my bank to enquire, it was from Loan Match SA, this was a fee charged for filling out the inquiry form, the next month 27th December another debit went of for R99, also from Loan Match SA for a subscription for a level aid service. I called Loan Match SA to enquire. Now I am liabile to and additional R504 because I want to cancel the agreement. This company is very unfair because they go after people who really need a loan but promise to get a loan match but with no positive results. Stay away from this company. There is no fine print or heads up on there website. Be very aware.
