BUSINESS RUN BY 1

So I have been receiving mails from packages of some sort from this so called Loan Match SA.

I have been marking it as spam, until the latest e-mail from this morning, with my name and ID number, as well as a warning my account is in arrears with them for the amount of R1124, as well as an extra R110 because they have my savings account NR and debits are not allowed on the account.

Stated further in the e-mail it says that should I wish to cancel I will have to pay the full outstanding amount as well as R49 every month for the next 9 or 11 months.

I was absolutely furious as I have not signed any documentation or gave any consent what so ever for them to debit my account. I also had no idea what "service" they are providing.

I remember applying for a loan online, not knowing what hocus pocus I was getting myself into.

I phoned the company, requested management and it was declined, this lady is the only person working for this "company". Each time I called after that she was the only one to answer. I was screaming at her after a short time as she was of no help at all. She then said she will send a mandate goodbye and ****ed the call. Shortly after I received a mandate of 16 pages, nothing but almost all clauses and what not. Trying to be professional.

I rep**** to the mail: Please cancel this ****, I will not pay for anything that has not done me any good.

Thereafter a mail followed stating the outstanding amount again and the R49 bogus for the next 9 or 11 months.

I phoned FNB ***** dept as I was given an account number to settle the outstanding money within the next month or it will be handed over to debt collectors. Never the less they are apparently registered as a business with FNB, they were of no help. I obviously saw a reg number in the e-mail too.

I proceeded to Call the credit bureau, nothing reflects on my credit records as of yet.

Then I tried calling NCR. Obviously no answer the whole of today.

I checked the reviews on Hello Peter and noticed that I was not the only one fooled by these ******.

I phoned a *******ion company and reported them.

I still feel that more has to be done, like a jail sentence. And closing down the whole setup. They are taking money from innocent people and not even doing as much as getting them a lone. They haven't given me anything.
