billed ********ly

I like 1000 of other complainants have been billed , sent a summon by a legal team called legal lifestyle. I was simply making an enquiry about a loan . I do not understand why I should pay for service I never received. Can someone please assist us in what we can do legally to stop this company for ripping us off. Please advice where can we go . I have worked very hard to keep a a good credit name for them to mess it up
