Billed me for service

These have been sending me a message every month which I didn't have a problem with cos I don't want to take up a loan with them and now they claim that I have agreed to their service agreement and they waited for months to send me the bill because they wanted it to b high so they can get more money from me and why didn't they send me this bill when after I enquired with them.
