Want me to pay for something i did not sign for

During the time of October loan locator send me an email stating that i have to pay them for applying for a loan. Now my issue is that i did not sign or agree to any loan, i am a full time student and do not have the money to take out a loqn and why would i do so online. I told them i will not be paying and now they gave me over to Lifestyle Legal and now the are threatening me to be blacklisted if i don't pay the outstanding amount of R1322.50. Please i did not take out any loans or apply for any loans, and will not be paying that amount. So i ask please to look in to it. I state it is identity ***** and not the first time someone has tried to take out something out on my name. This time they went to far. The one thing that is my problem i did sign any contract and never agree to anything without reading it through and an online tick on a website is not my consent to do anything. I would also like to state they only made contact with me via email and only to indicate that i owe them money for something i did do or sign or agree for. So if hello peter can't sort this out i will take it into more drastic hands and i am not a customer or anything of loan locator
