Threatening with legal action. ****?

There was unknown debit orders from my son's account since August - he disputed the debit orders. Now out of the blue he is being threatened with legal action. They are demanding R 1538,75.<br> <br> I had a look at the web site for Loan Locator - nowhere clearly visible does it state what it is when you fill in the application - it looks as if you are requesting quotes for a loan, but in reality you are signing up for legal advice. The web site is deceptive. <br> <br> Has anyone been able to fight this company on these demands for money?
