threatening of court summons and blacklisted

<p>Hellopeter...Ive been threatening with court summons from lifestyle legal L.T.D in particular with loan locator S.A.Actually beginning of this year i register on line asking for a loan from loan locator S.A,and it wasn't approved (even if they did sent me the SMS that it wasn't approved) they still sending me SMS and emails that I own them(convenient service/package of R399.00 and monthly fee of R99.00)which is R1797.50 in all till this monthly (how, I don't know cause my loan wasn't approved/meaning I haven't received any money from them)...Hellopeter how possible can that be??</p>
