Stole my money with no refund

On the 1st March I app**** to Loan Locator SA for help in trying to find a loan. I accepted the terms and conditions stipulated, primarily the R499 payment.<br> However, I filled in the application and sent it off and have not since heard anything from the company. When pay day came through, they had no trouble in deducting the payment but have essentially offered me no service. <br> In short, I paid for nothing. This is unacceptable. <br> I am very upset with the lousy services and would like my money back as I feel the company has wasted my time when I have been in need. <br> Don't get caught out in this. This is a ******* company making money off people in need and should be reported and shut down.
