SA Loan Locator an Unhelpful *****

A month ago I put my details on SA loan locators website they were not able to deliver I did not get even one positive response. Just yesterday they debited R399 from account something that was never stated on their page. I know they get commission for work done not to ***** a person who never got help in the first place. I want my money back I did not get approval for a loan so it's unfair gratification for them to take my money unconsented.
