No services rendered

Loan locator is also demanding R1919.00 for services not rendered. I enquired on their site for debt consolidation and i was requested to enter for ID in order for them to check my ITC score and now they claim i owe them that amount for apparently i app**** for a service package. It was not the case i did not apply for anything and on top of it im still waiting for them to correspond in connection with my enquiry.
