No idea

<p>i received an sms yesterday regarding arrears on my account and money outstanding on a loan agreement with a ref number and a phone number and I have 24 hours to pay before I will be handed over !! So I called in this number to found out what is going on and the respons was shocking !! I app**** online for a loan and was not approved in September 2014 and now I must pay them amount for a service and fee for what ? I ask to sms more details regarding this so I could see someone to assist me on this matter !! So after waiting I called them back to find out that they have emailed it to me to a email address I have not been using for along time and they won't send me a sms they want my new email address so I refuse to talk or pay anything to anyone or for any service for this matter !! I have no agreement with them or have no knowledge of any service received in 2 years from them ! Can some please help me in this matter !! According to the national credit act we have rights </p>
