FORMAL COMPLAINT

My debit order bounced because the account number on your record missed a digit.

Please confirm how your system did not pick up that the account number was not valid/correct. In the financial industry, you as a business need to make sure you debit the correct and valid details of each client.

Why did no one contact me? If you valued me as a client surely communication to short this out would have been in your and my favour. Instead, I am threatened by legal action daily.

If I don't have a phone call from you by Friday I will have to refer this case to the Credit Ombudsman and seek legal counsel. This is not even to speak of Treating your client fairly act.
