LOANLOCATOR CHARGE FOR HELP YOU DIDNT RECEIVE

I am so irritated, i receive an email on the 09.10.15 saying i have failed to pay my debit for a loan application i made on the 01.04.15 i never even received or did. This was a time i was looking for a loan, and after that i just didn't bother, but i received an email from a loan company, but i didnt except it, but this people want to charge me R350.00 for doing NOTHING!! this people is robbing people in broad daylight, i REFUSE to pay as they don't help you find what you need, and expect payment for doing nothing???!!!
