loan locator sa ********

hi three months ago a company named loan locator sa debited R399 from my account, i reversed and blocked the company, again the following month they debited R99 knowing that it will not reflect by sms since the amount was below R100. i phoned them and they claimed that i purchased some service package which i do not know what it is all about, then later told me that it was an online agreement. around first week of may, they started sending me threats in a form of smses and emails demanding that i pay them an amount of R1238, i called them asking them to explain all these the guy who answered the phone was rude and shouted at me while i was trying to understand these package they claimed i purchased. i am puzzled that how could they demand payment for something i do not have or if i have never used their services. today i received a threatening sms from lifestyle legal who claims to be debt collectors, saying that if i do not pay loan locator sa the full amount in three days i will be summoned to court. i need help in getting these ******** off my back. i have reported this to the national consumer commission in may and still have not heard from them, then called same day after filling a complaint regarding loan locatorsa and they explained that they have received several complains about the same company (loan locatorsa) and that the national consumer commission is receiving thousands of complains everyday and that it will take time before attending to my complain. your help will highly be appreciated. i made research about loan locators and discovered that they advertise under the pretense that they are offering loans and that is how the trick people into getting their bank accounts.
