Loan locator is worst company to do business with.

Just very disappointed..... There customer service is so bad. Been a customer of Loan Locator SA from the 03-06-2016 to 02-11-2018. I have cancelled with them on e-mailed in 02-11-2018 this year giving them a months notice. they sent me a settlement amount of R297.00. When I e-mailed them to ask what this is for I got no response but a agreement that I have up held. I have received no assistance but a letter of demand and that I have been handed over. When asked to explain, they said it's for outstanding debit orders. When asked which debit orders for which month they told me they don't know. I hope that there calls are recorded as proof of what I am saying. Ask to speak to there accounts department, I'm told they do not take calls. I ask to speak to a manager Warren David's I'm told he does not take calls either. They cannot tell me which months is outstanding and why. Going back on my bank statement for the last two years there is no outstanding debit orders. They have handed me over with out any feedback on my e-mails that I have sent. I'm so upset that companies can take you for granted and treat you as if you not worth anything. It's not about paying the money it's about how you get treated. Now I am handed over to their legal team and the amount is now R375.00
