deducting without consent

More than 3 years ago I app**** for a loan through Loan Locators. To consolidate my debt. No response but a ONCE off R399 was required. <br> SInce then they keep on deducting the R399. It went off my account this morning again and worst thing is that I am under debt review for 2 and a half year. So this is in my opinion a load of ********. <br>
