Billing ******* !!!

I filled in an application on their website. Nowhere did it say a fee was payable. I did not use their service and now I am being billed R399. I did not want to get into a wrangle with the so I sent them a mail and advise that I will pay R50 per month. (that's all I can afford) I subsequently paid the R50.00 and sent them the proof of payment. Now I received a letter of demand from their collection agency saying I owe R598.00<br> This company is a ******* and prey on desperate people. People just be aware of this company.
