<p>In 2015 i app**** for a loan. they debit my account. since then i have never heard from them. In 2016 they debit my account for R399. i contacted them. apparently it is lifelong until you cancel. I requested that they cancel it immediately. Dean the agent at that time said i must send them an email which i did immediately. I contacted them and they said that they have received my email and will send it to the necessary dept. On the 30/1/2017 they debit my account again with R399. i contacted them and send them proof of the cancellation email. now they claim i had to contact them again which i have not done so. i have to seek legal advice because they have no intention of cancelling.</p> <p> </p>
