Arranged debit order with out my consent

Hi <br> <br> Please send agreement and recording of the call 08/06/2015. I just made an enquiry and did not agree to any mandate either written or verbal. To my knowledge I did not receive any confirmation in writing confirming the loan being processed or paperwork to be completed for this loan or service. <br> <br> It is pre-mature to take legal action without the proof of the agreement.
