Account being debited without my concent

I'm very disgusted that loan finders Sa would actually go as far as making people apply online, they have now opened an account with my details and started debiting my account twice on the 23rd of April as well as this morning 22 May 2015 R399.99... i never spoke to anyone from loan finders , i never app**** for any of your packages to help me find a loan and whatever other services your offer... i have emailed my affidavit as i was advised when i phoned you this morning i need to go open a case like I'm the one responsible for this. The bank is investigating as it was found that you guys have used to different ref numbers when you debited my account. i will make sure this matter gets taken further. you guys are a bunch of *****es that rips people off.
