Paid R7140 in fees to secure loan...now can't get financial services to respond on the loan

Since I logged the first review on Sarurday regarding this vendor...I still have not received any response from them. I want action on this refund...I paid R7100 in fees to facilitate a R50 000 loan and also a ITC clearance certificate. Despite numerous requests I have not received any response from the vendor since my last payment. That was on Thursday the 27th April 2023. I am requesting that they either honor my loan agreement in the amount of R50 000 or return to me the fees paid in the amount of R 7140.03
