Worst Customer service if any at all

This is the most ridicules services I have ever received. They do not wait for even a month before you retry the debit order. They try each week to debit and this includes your return debit fee to which it just all adds up. I have not even received a day’s service from them in not even two months and this is how they treat there clients. They couldn’t even find me a company that will give me a loan in the first place. If they provided any services or assistance at all this may be valid but there was absolutely no positive feedback from there firm. As per my conversation this morning with a consultant I want this debit order cancelled with immediate effect. As much as there is terms and conditions I also have the right to stop the debit order. The outstanding you say I am responsible for I will pay myself and you do not have any right to keep the debit order running. Your debit order you try and try “each other day” has to removed as this has cozed my bank account to be in debit. I expect this to be refunded into my bank account. There consultants talk to you like you do not understand English but yet they are the once just repeating themselves and not at all interested in assisting you. I am disgusted in the manner they will walk over someone in need.
