Violation of Rights

I went onto the internet looking to apply for a loan and came across this Loan Hub SA. To see if I qualify for a loan I entered my details and waited for a response. They then sent me a form with their terms and conditions which I did NOT fill in as there was a fee attached. They deducted an amount of R399.00 from my account which I did not give permission for. They are quoting the National Consumers Act to me which I went to read up on. People, the National Consumers Act is to protect your rights as the consumer. Read up on it and you will see that these people are violating all your rights as the consumer and you have a valid case against them.
