Unauthorized debit order

<p>Last month while looking for reliable loan companies I found myself filling in a form to find out whether I qualify for a loan or not. A few minutes ago I received an sms stating my account has been debited R399 only to find out that it is LHSA. First of all I never gave any permission for these people to debit my account at all. Secondly when they sent me an email with an application form I did not complete the for nor did I even respond to their email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help! How do I get rid of these ********?</p>
