Unauthorized Debit

Hi, I have called in to your company and I have explained to them that I DID NOT apply for any loan or service pack. I even have a affidavit stating that it wasn't me!!! I need your'll to stop debiting my accounting and billing me for something i have no knowledge about. I have emailed Loan Hub Sa and specified this and my reason for wanting this to stop. Yet your'll rep**** and said i owe you R1,002.00 as a cancellation fee and for the remaining months of the service pack that I never app**** for. Can someone please assist me.
